This policy applies to Mastering STEM masterclasses: live online group sessions booked through mstem.co.uk. It sits alongside your statutory rights, which it does not affect.

Cancelling a booking

• More than 48 hours before your session: full refund.
• Less than 48 hours before: no refund, but we’ll move your place to another date, subject to availability.
• Booked within the last 14 days? You can still cancel for a full refund as long as the session hasn’t taken place, even within 48 hours. This is your right under UK consumer law.
• If we cancel or move a session (for example, fewer than 4 students have booked): you choose a full refund or a free move to another date.

Bookings made close to the session

If you book a session that takes place within 14 days of your booking, by completing your booking you ask us to provide the session during your 14-day cancellation period. You can still cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before it starts. Once the session has taken place, the right to cancel no longer applies.

How to cancel

Email admin@mstem.co.uk with your order number and your child’s name. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation.

Sessions and conduct

• Sessions run on Zoom and are not recorded.
• A parent or carer makes the booking and receives all emails, including the joining link.
• We may remove a student from a session if their behaviour disrupts others; in that case no refund is due.
